Abstract

This work focuses on analyzing the concept of "Recochet Damage" in compensation actions and its application in the legal context. The general objective is to analyze the nature and causes of Ricochet Damage in compensation actions, as well as the legal principles underlying the civil liability of this legal phenomenon. The rationale for this study lies in the importance of clarifying the criteria and principles that guide third-party compensation in "Recochet Damage" situations, ensuring an equitable and consistent legal approach. The methodology is bibliographical research and interpretative data analysis. The expected results include the contribution to the understanding of the legal treatment of this type of damage, the encouragement of debates and discussions on the topic, as well as the possible production of legal material that can serve as a reference for future research and legislative activities.
