Labor compliance in contemporary organizations has stood out due to the need to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards, aiming to improve labor relations, reduce liabilities, and strengthen the reputation of companies. This study addresses the legal aspects, challenges, benefits, and trends of labor compliance, as well as the importance of technology in this context. Labor compliance entails companies' duty to promote an ethical and legal culture by complying with laws and regulations related to the workplace, such as the CLT and sector-specific norms. Non-compliance can result in sanctions and reputational damage. The benefits of compliance include reducing labor risks, improving the company's image, increasing productivity, and attracting talent. Implementation involves risk assessment, policy development, employee training, and monitoring compliance. Technology plays a crucial role, allowing for process automation, advanced data analysis, and early detection of irregularities, contributing to compliance effectiveness. However, it faces challenges stemming from evolving laws, digitalization of business, and social and market expectations. In summary, labor compliance is essential for promoting ethical labor relations, ensuring legal compliance, and protecting organizations' interests. Investing in robust compliance programs and adopting a proactive, future-oriented approach are essential to address the challenges of the modern business environment with confidence and integrity.
