Abstract

This study addressed the challenge of managing and improving the quality of educational provision in a private early childhood education school, focusing on the seasonal rotation methodology. The problem investigated focused on the search for effective strategies that educational institutions can adopt to increase the quality of teaching and learning, considering the complexity of the variables involved. The general objective was to analyze the concept of quality in education and explore methods and techniques to promote it, adapting these strategies to the specific context of the school studied. Through a literature review on innovative pedagogical practices and successful strategies, the study highlighted the importance of an integrated approach that combines adequate physical and technological infrastructure with adaptive pedagogical methodologies. The analysis indicated that station rotation, in particular, offers a promising model for early childhood education by providing more dynamic and personalized learning. Furthermore, the role of ongoing teacher training, curriculum adaptation, and effective school management has emerged as crucial elements for the successful implementation of improvements in educational quality. The final considerations reinforced the need for an integrated and adaptive vision in the management of educational quality, highlighting that the combination of innovative pedagogical strategies, adequate infrastructure, continuous professional development, and effective leadership is fundamental to creating stimulating and inclusive learning environments. This study concludes that, to achieve educational excellence, especially in early childhood education, it is essential to adopt a holistic approach that considers all dimensions of the learning experience. Schools that successfully implement these strategies not only improve the quality of their educational offering, but also contribute significantly to the integral development of their students.
