The present study addressed the problem of how to increase the quality of education in public elementary schools, considering the challenges posed by limited resources and the diversity of the student population. The general objective was to explore effective strategies to promote educational quality in these institutions, focusing on approaches that integrate technology and innovative pedagogical practices. During development, a literature review was carried out, analyzing works by recognized authors in the field of education, such as Fonseca et al. (2015), Mello, Almeida Neto, and Petrillo (2002), Levy (2008), and Gripp (2015). This analysis highlighted the importance of continuous teacher training, the use of active teaching methodologies, and the integration of digital technologies as pillars for improving educational quality. Furthermore, the crucial role of school management in creating an environment conducive to innovation and the adoption of these strategies was emphasized, even in the face of significant challenges such as resistance to change and scarcity of resources. In the final considerations, the complexity of promoting quality education in public elementary school contexts was reiterated. It was recognized that, although there are proven effective strategies, their implementation requires committed management, investment in resources and a culture of innovation and adaptation to contemporary education needs. It was concluded that the search for educational quality is fundamental not only for the development of students, but also for the advancement of society.
