This study addressed the challenge of integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems into business analysis within organizations, with the aim of understanding how these systems can improve decision-making and operational efficiency. The importance of ERP systems in integrating business processes and facilitating more accurate and well-founded business analysis was investigated. The methodology adopted focused on the literature review, analyzing case studies and relevant theories to capture both the advantages and challenges of implementing ERP systems. The results indicated that, although ERP systems offer a valuable platform for data consolidation and decision support, their implementation requires significant adaptation of business processes and overcoming technical and cultural obstacles. It was concluded that the effective implementation of ERP systems is fundamental for business analysis, promoting improvements in inventory management, operational efficiency and market adaptability, however, it requires care in selection, customization and integration with existing business practices.
