Abstract

This article aim is to make an analysis of the working relationships focusing on the constitutional amendment 150/2015 that deals with the labor rights concerning to domestic employees. This article made a brief historical incursion on the contours surrounding the dyad worker-employer in Brazil and the genesis of this relationship. The number 150/2015 LC pays attention to the gap on the labor legislation that sets apart domestic employees from the extensive rights of other occupational categories. The law on the screen answers the idiosyncrasies from its own class, symbolically, also, opening a new look at domestic employees. This work exposed the profile of this domestic employee in the national universe based on statistics from the category under discussion allowing an investigation about the impact of the referred law on the contingent of domestic professionals after the implementation the number 150/2015 LC. This panorama has enabled to understand the progress and limits raised by the law popularly nicknamed as "Domestic PEC". The methodology adopted in this research was based on qualitative research with descriptive approach, the use of bibliographical and documentary research backed up this entire thesis and the effects of number 150/2015 LC at the time lapse between 2015-2018.
