Stimulating creativity in early childhood education is essential in the development of children in this age group 0 to 6 years old. Playing, gaming, dancing, coloring, developing children's skills take into account their learning time. Education in a playful and creative way, bringing the pleasure of learning through play. Fieldwork was possible in the period before the pandemic and after the return to in-person classes in 2021. Therefore, the question of this research is: what are the benefits of using play in early childhood education? This article's main objective is to investigate the importance of games in early childhood education. The importance of playing in preschool for the integral development of boys and girls is highlighted, taking into account the personal aspect as a unique individual capable of doing new things, with their imagination and creation the boy and girl take on roles in games . making it real for them. Play is an innate activity in children and is recognized by authors as an essential element for their integral development. It is important to take game classifications into consideration, as each one can develop and foster specific qualities in the participant. The variety of existing games is innumerable, which is why it is advisable to continually modify them to achieve the scope you are looking for. Finally, games offer experiences of great value and versatility for integral development, which is why they should be taken into consideration in any formal and non-formal education program.
