This article addresses an analysis of the organizational climate from an employee's perspective in an auto parts company in the municipality of Itamaraju-Bahia. The organizational climate is related to several factors, such as communication, leadership, culture and work environment. Therefore, climate variability can influence the performance of business activities, which can be a facilitator for achieving objectives or a hindrance. Therefore, the problem asked is: What is the employees' internal view of the actions and guidelines of the organizational structure of the auto parts company? Thus, this study seeks to gather information for making administrative decisions in people management and, with this, the general objective of analyzing employees' understanding of the organizational climate of the company studied is listed. The specific objectives are to contextualize people management, the concept of organizational climate and culture, through theoretical references; interpret employees' responses with administrative adjustments in people management and evaluate the data, to suggest possible changes, in order to improve processes. The basic methodology of this research is qualitative and quantitative, seeking exploratory knowledge, through structured questionnaires answered by 17 employees, a study aimed at an auto parts company, located in the city of Itamaraju, micro-region of Southern Bahia, and bibliographical research, using books , Google Scholar, scientific articles, among others. The objectives of the work were achieved and concluded the importance of the organizational climate in direct impacts on situations such as the employee's sense of belonging to the company and collaborative identity with direct customer service actions. The main justification is that understanding the importance of the topic is essential, so that everyone involved in an organization can create good interpersonal relationships, climate, well-structured processes and consequently productivity through it.
