The scope of this scientific work is to focus primarily on the new branch of the science of laws entitled “Legistics”. Bringing not only its historical origin, but delving deeper into the meaning of the different related terms that encompass the system of production of standards. This article continues using a methodical analysis of the functions of political parties and their structure today, in addition to meticulously analyzing the emergence of unions not only as associations focused on economic interests but predominantly on social paths. Having as its ultimate aim the correlation of party and union duties in the normative drafting process.
