This research aimed to analyze the main difficulties faced by educators in the teaching-learning process, due to the spread of Covid-19. Four interviews were carried out, among teachers from kindergarten, primary and higher education, from private and public schools, applying a questionnaire . The transition from in-person classes to remote learning, disparities in access to technology, and students' emotional difficulties have become significant and real obstacles. The main factor brought up by the teachers was the students' behavior and difficulty concentrating. Another relevant factor is that there needs to be greater investment in preparing teachers to handle new technologies that can be great allies in the process of interacting with these students. Everyone agrees that more interactive classes provide greater access to students, making them more attractive, interesting and inclusive. In all the interviews carried out, we found that despite all the adversities, the educator managed to reinvent himself by energizing new forms of learning, reducing the impact of in-person absence in school spaces, demonstrating remarkable resilience and adaptability. By overcoming challenges, our educators are shaping a more robust educational future, focused on equity and prepared for unpredictable scenarios. By exploring these themes, our discussion seeks to highlight not only the challenges, but also the achievements and promising paths that education is taking during the pandemic.
