In addition, the study seeks to identify the challenges faced by companies in applying health and safety standards. At the same time, it highlights the working methods that make workers ill and harass them by generating an overload that results in physical and psychological damage, as well as highlighting the lack of work associated with the failure to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study consisted of a bibliographical analysis of books, articles and literary magazines, using the deductive method to assess the general situation of the subject in question. The study consisted of qualitative research, seeking concepts, principles and results. After analysis, it became clear that companies need to consistently and periodically comply with regulatory standards. This aims to ensure safer and healthier working environments, as well as making workers aware of the proper use of safety equipment. This approach aims to mitigate and prevent problems associated with workers' health and safety, thus promoting well-being and productivity in the workplace.
