This article explores the practice of Mobbing, a phenomenon that constitutes moral harassment in the workplace, highlighting that moral harassment at work involves persistent and degrading behavior on the part of the aggressor towards the victim, who generally seeks to exercise power and control over the victim, using tactics that aim to emotionally destabilize the target. Harassment can manifest itself in different ways, and the aggressor's intentions are multifaceted and can include the desire to eliminate competitors, establish power hierarchies, feed their own ego at the expense of humiliating others or even promote discrimination for personal reasons. The aggressor often seeks to undermine the victim's self-esteem and create a toxic work environment. However, it also highlights the importance of identifying and combating moral harassment in the workplace, emphasizing the need for effective organizational policies to prevent this phenomenon. It focuses on the impacts of mobbing on workers' mental and physical health and professional performance. That said, it highlights the importance of a healthy and respectful work environment, where all employees feel valued and protected in the face of these abusive practices.
