THE VULNERABILITY OF ADULT CONTENT CREATORS DUE TO THE GROWING CONSUMPTION OF THE EROTIC MARKET: THE CRIMINALIZATION OF CONDUCT IN THE BRAZILIAN PENAL CODE

Abstract

This article aims to provide more effective protection in Brazilian legislation for creators of erotic content, focusing on the criminalization of conduct in the Penal Code, considering that in the contemporary digital era the growing intersection between the production of adult content and the vulnerability of creators This material raises deep concerns about the privacy and security of these professionals. For its elaboration, the case study was chosen as the research method since it will use different sources of data, such as interviews and document analysis, as with the significant increase in consumption of the erotic market, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic period, 19, intensified the challenges faced by adult content creators, exposing them to substantial risks. The theoretical and practical importance of transindividual rights is undeniable, as these rights play a fundamental role in safeguarding human dignity.
