SOCIAL AND BIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PREGNANCY IN ADOLESCENCE

Abstract

This work is about girls that get pregnant in the adolescence and also the discussion that this theme cause in the society. The main reason of this, were searching through the actual literature getting the bad and good advantages of being pregnant in the adolescence, listening them as well as the authors about their experiences. The objective consist of helping many  professionals who requires this knowledge and applicability next to the population. This is so important because, it is present in all areas of study, like the nursing professional, being so relevant this comprehension on pregnancy and how it happens in the adolescence. This study is looking for to understand how is the individual responsibility of a teenager in front of the facts, also the risk that this development could bring in this age. All of this get a relation with the social, economical and political opportunity, available to those groups and the consequences at this in women life. It is necessary that all the professionals, in this area, be alarmed  about the meaning of motherhood, understanding this situation in a large context trying to maintain the equality between the style of life and social conditions of those teenager groups. This research develop this bibliography on database of Virtual Healthy Library, Lilacs, Scielo, and books in general with description character and quality approach. A study was realized and the information presented were: Adolescence, Theory of Selfcare, Sexuality in Brazil, Adolescence and Sexuality. Further was selected a few research available for full access in Portuguese as well as briefs about the theme in the period of 2000 and 2012. The technique used in this research was the analysis of all the content related with the subject of this work. Between the advantages of pregnancy in the adolescence deserve to get emphasize to the solutions of familiar affective trouble and show that they are not children anymore, to abandon home, force a marriage situation. And the disadvantage of get pregnant earlier consist of getting away of school, to work soon, difficulties on the childbirth, prematurity.
