UNIONS: IMPORTANCE AND UNIONISM

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the unions in their most recent period and over time, discusses the process of union associativism in the country from some indicators of unionization. It presents how the union is formed, its nature, the requirements for such an entity to be recognized as a union, its duties and functioning. It addresses how labor relations were affected over time and how the union can interfere in this environment. Doctrines, research sites and published scientific articles of great trust were used for this study, no expenses were incurred with research materials, as the illustrious educational institution - UNIRG - made the materials available for the study, much data was filtered on the information regarding the subject of this article so that the content remains with quality, in a clear and objective way for easy understanding. This article has the expected result of informing and instructing workers and employers about the importance of the union in their lives and how it helps in communication between them, remembering the true meaning of the union, which is to give voice to the working class, which for a long time was treated unfairly and cruelly.
