Quality of life at work (QWL) is a fundamental concept for the well-being of employees and the performance of companies. The implementation of benefits in printing industries can be an effective strategy to improve QWL and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Currently, the definition of quality of life at work covers the physical aspects, environmental aspects and psychological aspects of the workplace. There are many employees, whether proletarians, specialists, administrators or executives, who suffer consequences for working in organizations where human value is not important. With the obligation of organizations to become more competitive in the market, came the incessant search for total quality, improving the quality of life of its employees and their families, making the organization healthier, competitive and productive. The purpose of this research is to reveal how industries in the printing sector and their employees can achieve quality of life in their work. It is important to remember that the implementation of benefits must be personalized according to the company's needs and resources, as well as the expectations of employees. Furthermore, it is crucial to promote an organizational culture that values QWL and the promotion of employee well-being, as benefits alone are not enough to create a healthy and productive work environment.
