Abstract

This article deals with the understanding and transformation of mentality as fundamental strategies for personal and professional growth. The material was based on the bibliographical survey methodology, with the objective of discussing the identification of the intrinsic characteristics of the mentality itself, whether aligned with the fixed or growth mindset, demanding greater self-awareness, improvement of emotional intelligence and the willingness to question and revise rooted beliefs and assumptions. Promoting the growth mindset required the deployment of several effective strategies. In which, self-reflection, change in attitude consistent with the proposed objectives, and understanding of the central purpose that drives actions and decisions stand out. Such processes involve improving leadership skills, the ability to establish empathetic and authentic connections, and the insight to understand the 'why' behind motivations and choices. In addition, the concept of antifragility emerges as a critical element in building a growth mindset. Antifragility is characterized by the ability to benefit from chaos and change, becoming more robust and capable in situations of instability and uncertainty. It is concluded that mindset transformation can provide a number of benefits, including increased resilience and adaptability, and the ability to take advantage of change and chaos. Therefore, the transformation of mindset is not just about adjusting attitudes, but it is a path of self-discovery and continuous growth that prepares the individual to successfully face present and future challenges.
