Abstract

Domestic work has always been undervalued, where domestic workers, especially domestic workers, are forced to work in unhealthy places, without due protection and with serious violations of their human and labor rights. To explain this phenomenon, a survey of statistical data was carried out and an analysis of what the literature says about it. The result is that despite the “PEC for domestic workers having been enacted, there are still many challenges to be addressed so that domestic work is properly valued.
