This study aims to make an analysis of harassment in the workplace and its consequences for the employee and employer. In addition, we sought to analyze how the Brazilian legal system brings mechanisms to curb the practice and punish those who practice harassment. To this end, this work was carried out through extensive doctrinal and legislative research. It was also sought to conduct research in theoretical materials, available data on the subject, seeking to understand the forms of harassment and the consequences in the workplace.
