THE MODERNIZATION OF THE JUDICIARY IN BRAZIL

The modernization of the judiciary in Brazil is going through a period of high evolution in terms of technology. The trend of this evolution is that there is an increasingly faster and more effective service in the judicial process. Currently, the internet is a digital medium of paramount importance, especially in the period of the Pandemic, this technology is fundamental for communications between people, companies and organizations to remain simultaneously, for the most varied purposes and for the judiciary it is no different, all based on instant data sharing. There was modernization in the Brazilian judiciary, as conflict resolutions are resolved more quickly and without the absence of any data or quality in processes, in order to guarantee efficient and effective work, more accessible, easy and quick to be located through the internet. Through this work, it allows us to understand how the judiciary has benefited from the advancement of digital modernization, collaborating so that decisions and justice become faster in the delivery of legal demands that have been obstructing the courts for a long time. The study was through a bibliographical research of books based on authors that underlie the theme,among them, Patrícia Peck Pinheiro (2010) and Antônio Carlos de Araújo Cintra (2013), scientific articles and websites specialized in the theme. The results point to the challenges, difficulties and benefits of an increasingly technological world, which, when confronted with the Law, seeks a greater reach of Justice, accelerating the process.
