Abstract

This article seeks to bring reflections on the limits of freedom speech. Therefore, we intend to analyze the effects of hate speech for its interpreters. It also seeks to think of ways to guarantee democracy, so that everyone has a voice and can participate in the public debate, when freedom speech and equality seem to be on a collision course.
