Introduction: Nursing care in oncology requires high technical and scientific competence due to the complexity of treatments and patient vulnerability. Simultaneously, the rise of forensic nursing stands out in risk management and in ensuring legal and care safety. Objective: To analyze the interface between clinical oncology and forensic nursing, identifying care duties, technological advances, ethical-legal aspects, and the relevance of humanization. Methodology: An integrative literature review was conducted in BVS, SciELO, PubMed, LILACS, BDENF, and CINAHL databases covering 2010 to 2025, along with COFEN regulations and institutional documents (INCA, UICC, WHO). Results and Discussion: Literature demonstrates that the nurse's role expanded from early palliative care to navigation, safety management, and application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and electronic health records. Domain over TNM staging and metastasis management guides care systematization. Forensic nursing intervenes in adverse event investigation, rigorous record audit, and protection of patient and professional rights. Conclusion: The integration between oncology and forensic nursing strengthens evidence-based care, responding directly to study objectives by proving that ethical, documented, and humanized practice reduces risks and enhances care quality.Downloads
