This practical guide presents pedagogical planning proposals for Nursery II, linking teaching practices, the intentional organization of educational spaces, and the principles of the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). This study is an experience report with a qualitative approach, supported by bibliographic research and documentary analysis of the class’s annual plan. It also draws on the authors’ experiences in a Nursery II class at a public early childhood education institution in Bertioga, São Paulo, Brazil. The proposals were organized based on observations of daily school life, attentive listening to the children’s needs, and reflection on practices that support comprehensive development in early childhood. The guide presents planning principles and examples of activities grounded in educational intentionality, emphasizing interactions, play, exploration of the environment, and children’s autonomy. The experiences analyzed suggest that sensitive and flexible planning can expand learning opportunities, strengthen the teacher’s role as a mediator, and support meaningful experiences in early childhood education. The guide provides support for developing contextualized pedagogical practices that respond to the needs of children aged one to two.
