Abstract

The present scientific work sought to analyze and reflect on e-learning learning environments in current times, with the methodology used being bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach, with the theoretical framework providing more emphatic support regarding the subject addressed. It is important to mention that regarding the topic presented, the concept of the theme was addressed, considering the factors that contribute to effectiveness in the teaching-learning process in e-learning, including personalization to the needs of each student, collaboration, interaction, engagement, motivation and inclusion, these characteristics arise from the search for new learning opportunities provided by technological resources; it is also relevant to emphasize and explain that there are obstacles that hinder the issue in question, and in the case of the latter, tactics should be included that focus on continuous improvement, with the inclusion of the active agents and participants in the educational process, such as administrators, teachers, students, students' parents and society itself, with a view to confronting the obstacles that may hinder the achievement of prosperity in learning environments focused on e-learning, therefore, the establishment of strategic actions that collaborate with the purpose of mitigating or even eliminating the impediments which cause many disruptions in education is crucial.
