Interpersonal relationships play a fundamental role in shaping individuals and influence how people establish bonds. In this context, Psychodrama emerges as an approach that understands human beings through their relationships and uses the group as a space for encounter, expression, and transformation. This study aimed to report the experience of facilitating a psychotherapeutic group entitled “Stars That Welcome,” grounded in Psychodrama and developed at a psychology training clinic with the theme “Bonds and Relationships.” We conducted this qualitative, descriptive study as an experience report on a supervised internship. The intervention consisted of eight group sessions conducted according to the psychodramatic method and structured around the stages of warm-up, dramatization, and sharing. The results highlighted the strengthening of interpersonal bonds, increased awareness of relational roles, and the development of participants’ spontaneity. Furthermore, an increased capacity for self-expression, recognition of personal needs, reflection on relational patterns, and experimentation with new forms of interaction were observed. The study concludes that Psychodrama was a relevant strategy for working with bonds and interpersonal relationships in a group setting, fostering processes of self-knowledge, relational strengthening, and development of spontaneity.
