This study aimed to analyze research on technology-mediated education and its contributions to the inclusion of students with disabilities, based on scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 in the CAPES Journal Portal. It is a qualitative investigation developed through a systematic literature review. The study sought to identify the theoretical and methodological trends of studies that discuss the contributions of technology-mediated education to the inclusion of students with disabilities, as well as the challenges present in these productions. The results indicate that educational technologies, especially those that are low-cost and easily accessible, present significant potential to promote the inclusion of the target audience of Special Education. However, it is observed that the field of studies on technologies in education, in articulation with Special Education, still lacks research that advances beyond the mere theorization of concepts and the analysis of current legislation.
