Abstract

This paper examines the role of digital technologies in the healthcare sector, focusing on the development and application of mobile apps and web platforms designed to improve hospital management, remote patient monitoring, and access to clinical services. The research was conducted through a documentary analysis of recent academic publications, emphasizing studies that proposed technological solutions applicable to both public and private healthcare systems.
