TOOL TO SPEED UP THE PUBLICATION OF JUDGMENTS IN THE SPECIAL CIVIL COURTS

Abstract

This article sought to analyze the jurisdictional provision that occurs when the Judiciary delivers to the applicant a response to the right sought within a reasonable time. For this to happen, there is a need to speed up the process in both the Specialized Courts. Given this, this study aims to present a the problem involving the ​​​​​​​great demand from the Judiciary in the Special Civil Courts, verifying the ​​​​​​​average time legal proceedings, demonstrating that the implications encountered can be resolved withour futher expense, specifically until the publication of the judgments handed down in the cases, presenting a tool for reducing delays.
