Abstract

This article analyzes therapeutic approaches in post-stroke rehabilitation and their relationship with neuroplasticity. The integrative review included 14 studies from the PubMed and BVS databases (2020-2025), selected by eligibility criteria. The findings highlight that neuroplasticity can be adapted through non-invasive brain stimulation (rTMS and tDCS), mirror therapy, virtual reality, and robotic rehabilitation. Techniques such as exoskeletons and task-oriented training have shown to be beneficial in motor recovery and balance. Evidence suggests that the combination of strategies can enhance neural reorganization and improve functional outcomes. It is concluded that post-stroke rehabilitation should integrate different approaches to optimize recovery. However, further studies are needed to validate the efficacy and customize therapeutic protocols.
