Alzheimer's disease (ad) is a devastating neurodegenerative disorder characterized by cognitive decline and memory loss. This review aims to explore the therapeutic potential of hericium erinaceus, also known as lion's mane mushroom, in the treatment of ad. We will examine the pathophysiology of ad, the medicinal properties of h. Erinaceus, and the clinical trials conducted to investigate its efficacy.
