Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relevance of collective actions as a tool for ensuring environmental protection. Historical aspects of the evolution of environmental issues and the sources of this right were examined. Regarding procedural issues, the main collective actions used for environmental protection, their main similarities and differences, positive and negative aspects were analyzed from a normative and doctrinal perspective through bibliographic research.
