Objective: This study aims to understand the role of nurses in Primary Health Care in the care of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Methods: This is a narrative literature review. To prepare this study, articles from the BDENF, BVS, Google Scholar, LILACS, PubMed and SCIELO databases were used, in addition to data made available by the Ministry of Health, FebrasGO and SEBendometriose published between 2000 and July 2026. Results: The results highlighted the importance of early diagnosis and comprehensive monitoring of patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis, highlighting the role of nurses in providing care, active listening, and timely referral, ensuring comprehensive care and biopsychosocial assessment. Furthermore, it was possible to understand that the increased diagnostic time is due to the need for professional training and development in addition to public policies and investment aimed at Women's Health at Primary Health Care. Final Considerations: It is concluded that nursing care based on a humanized, comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach is fundamental for the prevention of illnesses and in promoting the quality of life of patients affected by such conditions.
