Introduction: Pre-hospital care consists of health care outside the hospital context. Such care can be provided for occurrences of a traumatic, clinical or psychiatric nature. Thus, professionals are exposed to several occupational risks that can harm their health and quality of life. Therefore, this study aims to identify, through scientific evidence, the main events that cause occupational risks faced by professionals in the context of pre-hospital care, in which these workers are daily exposed to a series of factors that can compromise their health. Methods: This is an integrative literature review, which was carried out in the Medline/PubMed, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Nursing Database (BDEnf) databases via the Virtual Health Library - BVS (BIREME) and Embase, still outline with complementary data from Google Scholar. Results: The research found 630 articles in the databases and added 3 complementary articles. After screening and selection, 7 articles were included to compose the expository synthesis. Such research mentions the following occupational risks: biological, physical, chemical, and ergonomic. Conclusion: It can be inferred that the professional working in APH encounters an infinite number of scenarios for carrying out care, becoming vulnerable to all occupational risks and psychosocial damage.
