Transmissible venereal tumor (TVT) is a malignant, sexually transmitted neoplasm, however, it also occurs through direct contact with the tumor through licking or biting. The objective of this work is to report and describe a clinical case of TVT located in the external genitalia in a dog, in the city of Belém/PA, diagnosed through physical, laboratory and cytological examinations. The treatment was carried out with surgical intervention, due to the advanced state of the tumor (Ovariohysterectomy) and subsequent therapy using the drug of choice, vincristine sulfate, resulting positively in the total remission of the tumor.
