Abstract

This article sought to analyze and problematize the historical impact of racism in the legal field from the research of the German lawyer Heinrich Krieger, who witnessed and studied in the United States, at the height of segregationism, which would influence the formulations of the Nuremberg Laws in National Socialist Germany.
