Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis characterized by persistent facial erythema, flushing, and telangiectasia. This study analyzed the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light (IPL) and vascular lasers in its management, with a view to aesthetic biomedicine, through an integrative review in LILACS, MEDLINE, and SciELO, including primary studies published from 2021 to 2026. Twelve studies formed the sample. Erythema improved and, in some studies, so did telangiectasia, after treatment with IPL and vascular lasers, but the studies were heterogeneous and only four compared technologies with each other, without demonstrating the superiority of any. In combination-therapy studies, the benefit cannot be attributed to a single component. Phototypes were mainly II to IV. Reported adverse events were predominantly transient, and one study did not report them. No formal risk-of-bias assessment was performed. The findings are preliminary, and treatment choice should be individualized.
