In the face of a climate emergency scenario, this study sought to identify practices and policies within the Peasant Women's Movement (MMC) in the far west of Santa Catarina that contribute to sustainable development, especially from the perspective of the 2030 Agenda. Interviews were conducted with MMC participants to collect the necessary data for later comparison with the objectives of the global agenda. This is a case study with participants from the far western region of Santa Catarina and a qualitative analysis. In addition to the practices and policies of the Movement's activists presenting various contributions to the 2030 Agenda, a construct called a "society project" was identified, which is a form of sustainable development based on agroecology.
