Cancer is an important public health problem, especially among older women, due to the greater vulnerability associated with aging. This study aimed to analyze the mortality burden from malignant neoplasms of the breast, cervix, and colorectum among women aged 60 years or older in the state of Paraíba in 2025, comparing records from the main municipalities. This was a documentary, quantitative, and descriptive study based on secondary data from DATASUS, obtained through the TabNet platform, considering ICD-10 codes C50, C53, and C18. Deaths were analyzed according to municipality of occurrence, female sex, and age group from 60 to 80 years and older. A total of 375 deaths were recorded: 183 from breast cancer, 128 from colorectal cancer, and 64 from cervical cancer. João Pessoa had the highest number of deaths (134), followed by Campina Grande (86) and Patos (23). The results show a high mortality burden from these neoplasms among older women, highlighting the need to strengthen prevention, screening, early diagnosis, and timely treatment, as well as epidemiological surveillance and comprehensive access to health services.
