This article analyzes the training and operational standardization of tactical groups of the Military Police of Paraná for the execution of high-risk court orders, such as arrest and search and seizure warrants. The evolution of violent crime and the strengthening of criminal organizations require specialized technical, tactical, psychological, and legal preparation. Based on document and regulatory analysis, the guidelines of the Special Operations Battalion (BOPE) are examined, which structure training into theoretical and practical modules (tactical entry theory, planning, police marksmanship, mechanical breaching, and simulations). The study details the phases of tactical assault (planning, approach, breaching, assault, reorganization, withdrawal, and debriefing) and Close Quarters Battle (CQB) tactics and techniques. It concludes that doctrinal standardization and continuous training mitigate improvisation, reduce incompetence, enhance police team safety, and optimize decision-making under stress, ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance with legality, proportionality, the selective and/or differentiated use of force, and the preservation of life.
