Crea Júnior acts as a link between engineering and geosciences students and the CONFEA/CREA System; however, it has historically relied on manual administrative controls, such as emails, spreadsheets, digital forms (e.g., Google Forms), and informal checks, lacking an auditable record of decisions. This article reports the development and deployment of a digital management system for Crea Jr-AL, guided by Design Science Research principles and structured around three portals integrated into a single database: a public portal for registration and verification of members and certificates; a member portal for self-service functions (digital ID card, event registration, event history, and downloadable certificates); and an administrative dashboard for member approval, selection-process management, event administration, and auditing. The system covers the program's entire lifecycle, from the launch of the selection process to the automatic issuance of certificates via QR-code check-in, while logging every administrative action (responsible user, date, and source IP address). The results show the replacement of previously fragmented manual controls with a unified, traceable, and auditable workflow already in use in the program's real-world context; large-scale quantitative evaluation remains a future step.
