THE MAIN CHALLENGES AND PROBLEMS IN LOGISTICS AND HOW TO SOLVE THEM

Abstract

Logistics management is responsible for managing, administering and planning all stages and processes in the best way, always seeking the best result at the lowest possible cost. The objective of this work is to identify the problems and challenges that cause losses in Logistics, and present reasonable solutions to these challenges and problems in Logistics Management, so the main objective of this work is to form ways and arguments to resolve these problems and challenges, whether with innovations or ways to avoid challenges and problems in Logistics Management. The methodology was developed through the objectives and thus systematic and bibliographical analyzes were carried out for the execution and elaboration of this work. The results were good for the indicated ways and promising for using the Lean Logistics method, reducing an adequate amount of logistics problems and challenges. So the conclusion was that the Lean Logistics method is a very efficient method for logistical bottlenecks.
