PATHOLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS IN REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

Abstract

The present work addresses the main pathological manifestations existing in reinforced concrete structures, highlighting the importance of studying this subject and also providing a detailed analysis of its main causes. Initially, the topic of this work is detailed, using the main authors linked to the area of study in question as bibliographic references. For the development of this case study, the methodologies used by the aforementioned authors were applied, citing the most common errors made by the workforce, from structural design to its use. Analyzing the theoretical surveys, it is concluded that there is an extreme need for actions to be taken, pointing out causes and preventions of the various types of anomalies present in structures.
