ANONYMOUS BIRTH: PROBLEMS ABOUT THE LACK OF CONFIDENTIALITY AMONG HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Abstract

This present course completion project aims to address about anonymous births and the problems related to the lack of secrecy of health professionals. It is important to point out that this situation has taken on increasing and commonplace proportions. Respect for medical and patient confidentiality has been a routinely weakened line, which, they do not act ethically, resulting in too many problems for patients, such as psychosocial inconvenience. In bias, it is appropriate to analyze both the General Data Protection Law and the Code of Ethics for Health Professionals.
