Abstract

The present work of bibliographic review, makes an analysis of infant feeding, in which the fundamental cause for chronic, psychological and multifactorial diseases in adulthood is obesity and overweight due to malformation of eating habits in childhood. parents are key parts in controlling the child's food. The general objective of this work is to analyze nutritional adequacy and identify the formation of eating habits in children up to the age of 9 and through specific objectives to demonstrate the importance of eating habits in early childhood, together with the inclusion of physical activity, where the a way in which the child is directly influenced by the choice of foods, mainly by the influence of the media under them, where in adulthood, they can trigger chronic diseases and psychological disorders, due to poor nutrition in childhood. The methodology used was based on research based on electronic data from the last 10 years, carrying out a bibliographic survey, evidencing the formation of good eating habits in childhood, where a documentary research was carried out on scientific articles, using only those which were relevant in terms of the topic addressed. We analyze the implementation of strategies that allow the control of obesity, through nutritional interventions carried out through food education in early childhood together with the practice of physical activities, where they are effective in reducing the child's weight, improving the quality of life, as it was observed that the media has great influence on infant feeding, in addition to the family environment in which the child is inserted.
