AUDIT IN THE QUALITY OF NURSING CARE

Abstract

It is a qualitative study of the type researches bibliographical revision of the literature on Auditing in the Quality Attendance of Nursing. Therefore, the research has as general objective: to revise scientific and didactic goods that you/they explore Auditing hospitalar in the Quality of the attendance of evidenced nursing. During the research it was possible to notice Nurse Auditor's importance in the quality of the attendance. Besides identifying some resources like Sistematização of the Attendance of Nursing (SAE), instrument used during the service rendered the patient through the registrations, annotations in the handbooks, that aid during the process of verification of the attendance and in the collections of the expenses. Therefore, the Auditing is a systematic evaluation of quality of the attendance, that benefits the customer, it results in the education process, it controls the costs, it investigates, it analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness of that rendered attendance guaranteeing the customer's rights and it maintains the institution in the competitive market in excellence parameter.
