This study aims to evaluate the consumption of analgesics, anti-inflammatories, and antimicrobials in Basic Health Units (UBS) managed by the Evangelical University Foundation (FUNEV), focusing on the rational use of medicines. The research was conducted through the analysis of prescription and dispensing data recorded in 2024 across seven UBS in Anápolis-GO, seeking to identify the most consumed medicines, predominant pharmacological groups, and adherence to the National List of Essential Medicines (RENAME). The results showed that analgesics constituted the most dispensed class (48,074 units), with dipyrone and paracetamol standing out, followed by antibiotics (amoxicillin and cephalexin) and anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen and nimesulide). It is concluded that the consumption pattern aligns with SUS guidelines and RENAME, reinforcing the importance of continuous monitoring for Pharmaceutical Care planning and rational use promotion in primary care.
