Objective: This study aimed to describe the development process of a serious game for teaching cardiovascular system anatomy to high school students. Methods: Methodological study of technological innovation conducted between October 2025 and January 2026. The game development followed structured stages, including literature review, illustration selection, content composition, and design development based on user interface and user experience principles. The material was supported by classical anatomy references and guidelines for creating accessible educational materials. Results: The serious game “CarDominó” was developed, consisting of 14 pieces that associate anatomical images with textual content, organized in a sequential and interactive format. The technology enables concept association, stimulates logical reasoning, and promotes active and collaborative learning. The use of a flowchart contributed to content organization and pedagogical coherence. Conclusion: The developed serious game shows potential as an educational tool for teaching cardiovascular anatomy, offering a playful, accessible, and low-cost alternative. Future studies are needed to validate the content, assess usability, and evaluate effectiveness in the teaching-learning process.
