Introduction: Sedentary behavior among women with breast cancer is a public health issue. Information technologies combined with health education may facilitate lifestyle changes, although little is known about programs designed to strengthen self-awareness and self-care in this population. Objective: To evaluate the effect of health education on sedentary behavior, lifestyle, physical activity level, nutrition, self-esteem, anxiety and depression, quality of life, pain, functional capacity, and strength in women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Method: This randomized controlled clinical trial will allocate 28 participants in a 1:1 ratio to the Health Education Group (HEG) or Control Group (CG). During 12 weeks, the HEG will receive health education recommendations through face-to-face meetings, WhatsApp, and Instagram, whereas the CG will remain under usual care and later receive the informational intervention. Assessments will occur at baseline, six weeks, and 12 weeks. Multivariate analysis will compare group, time, and interaction effects using SPSS version 24.0, with α = 5%. Discussion: The protocol proposes an innovative multidimensional strategy addressing physical activity, sedentary behavior, nutrition, mental health, socialization, and physical health. Conclusion: The intervention seeks to promote self-care and autonomy and support the integration of digital technologies into oncology care.
