This study aims to identify the digital tools that help bridge the gap between family livestock farming activities and agricultural schools in line with fair trade principles, as well as to assess the importance of new institutional arrangements in rural education in light of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs). A literature review was conducted based on theoretical and empirical research on humanization, ethics, ICTs, and education, with secondary data collection from official sources. Throughout these studies, the changes driven by the expansion of digital technologies in everyday relationships and production processes stand out. These transformations have significantly altered human interactions and influence development in rural areas. With the expansion of internet access, the use of ICTs has become a fundamental element of the contemporary economy and educational practices. However, despite the growing spread of technology, the digital divide remains evident, especially in agriculture, where access to, use of, and proficiency with the internet do not reflect the reality for everyone. In this context, understanding how digital technologies are integrated into family livestock farming and agricultural schools is essential for promoting more equitable educational processes and strengthening initiatives aligned with the ideals of fair trade.
