Religious institutions do not have financial profit as their main objective, as companies and corporations do. To this end, the main objective of the church as an organization is to fulfill its religious and social mission. This study seeks to highlight the management habits adopted, the challenges faced and the certain practices installed in order to guarantee economic and financial development. Especially the dependence on voluntary aid, which is capable of influencing the plan and performance of the institution in carrying out its social mission. And with this, it proposes the adaptation of an online donation platform that is not yet used to improve the performance of donations. It is of the descriptive and exploratory type with a qualitative approach that totals 120 hours of participation on site, over a period of 3 months. To obtain the information, a participatory survey was carried out, with observation and document analysis, which made it possible to fully involve oneself in the activities of the institution's treasury. The results showed that, although there is apparent care in the organization of finances and with the custody of documents, the church remains financially unstable due to unpredictable voluntary dependence, which requires flexible and dynamic planning in order to remain active.
